You are going to take away loads from our “Handling Protected Conversations” session that takes place on 10th May 2023 (if you haven’t booked on to that session yet, why not?!) because we will (as always) be giving you the very best tip and tricks for tackling protected conversations BUT what happens when what you’ve learned in that session is put to test? What happens when you try to wield your expert knowledge in a conversation with a really difficult and disgruntled employee? Throughout this interactive session we’ll shine a spotlight on the do’s and don’ts of protected conversations and how to approach these sensitive situations when you’re dealing with the grumpiest and most challenging of employees (ahem… Emma Tice).
