We are completely flexible with the HR support that we can provide. Whether your business is big or small, or has a dedicated HR function/team or not – we can help.
Some clients choose to outsource their HR to us. In that case, we look after contracts of employment and policies and procedures and make sure you are compliant.
You may not need that level of support. Never fear, we can also support with HR matters as they arise – grievances, disciplinaries, protected conversations…the list goes on!
You will be given a dedicated advisor who will get to know you and how you like to do things. They will be on hand by telephone, video call, e-mail, or face-to-face meeting to deal with any HR issues you face. They will provide advice and support and help with any documentation that may need preparation.
You may want to front the process yourself – No problem! We can support you in the background to make sure you feel confident and comfortable in any HR process, such as redundancy, disciplinary, grievance, capability, or protected conversations. The level of support we can give you is tailored to you, depending on your needs, but can include preparing processes, including meeting plans and letters.
If you want us at the meeting – of course, we can! Whether that is leading the meeting, or providing HR support, we can do either. Sometimes this option helps take away the stress and worry. If for any reason your dedicated advisor is not available and the matter is urgent, because we have a large team, there will always be someone on hand to help.
Other clients will use our HR support for specific tasks like carrying out investigations. You choose what support you want.
As our dedicated advisors can deal with both HR and Employment law matters, if an HR issue develops into something more complicated, we can deal with this for you.
Our support packages come in transparent and affordable packages with the cost spread over 12 months, meaning affordable and easy to budget for support. If you take out a package, it will cover both HR support and Employment Law support, but you can choose what level of support you want. Whatever issues you face, we will have them covered.
All our packages come with access to our online portal. The portal comes with the following:
- All the documents you will need to be compliant with current employment law, including a staff handbook, contracts of employment, and policies and procedures.
- A series of easy-to-follow toolkits on how to manage things like disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management, and absence issues.
- A bank of template letters to make your life easier.
The portal will save you time, money, and stress when dealing with any HR issue – life is too short!
