Meet the team
Rob trained as a solicitor in the City of London. After qualifying he joined Flint Bishop Solicitors in Derby. After becoming a Partner in the firm in 2004 he then became the Head of their Employment and HR team in 2007, a role he held until 2019 when he left to start the new challenge at Precept.
Emma has been qualified for over 10 years and has specialised in employment law for the duration of that time. Emma flew through the ranks, quickly becoming a Partner at 5 years qualified.

Catherine has worked as an Executive Legal PA in large law firms nearly all of her working life and has worked with Rob for most of that time, and Emma a large proportion of it.

Mark is our Head of Client Services and ambassador for Precept. His role sees him proactively championing Precept and building those all-important relationships with clients and the community.

Alan is a Director and co-owner of Precept.
As well as his involvement in Precept, Alan is the owner of the Barron McCann Group of Companies. The Group encompasses a range of businesses that turn over nearly £25 million.
