Support with Employment Law comes in two parts – day to day support and Tribunal claims, and we can do both!

Day-to-day support really does what it says on the tin. We can be on hand for any queries, or questions you may have on any issues your business faces with its employee. It may be an employee has alleged discrimination, you may be dealing with a complicated TUPE matter, your business may be restructuring or expanding, you may have a member of staff who is underperforming, or otherwise causing trouble…the list is endless!.
You will have a dedicated adviser on hand by telephone, video call, e-mail or face-to-face meeting to help in any way you need. That may be just someone to talk things through with, to pick our brains on how to deal with any situation, or more hands-on support in preparing letters and documents that you may need.
We can advise on ad hoc issues as they arise. However, you will get the best deal by taking a package with us. That helps us get to know you and your business better, meaning your advice will be truly tailored to you – that is how we build great partnerships!
All our packages come with access to our online portal. The portal comes with the following:
- All the documents you will need to be compliant with current employment law, including a staff handbook, contracts of employment, and policies and procedures.
- A series of easy-to-follow toolkits on how to manage things like disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management, and absence issues.
- A bank of template letters to make your life easier.
Our support packages come in transparent and affordable packages with the cost spread over 12 months, meaning that you get the best quality support available in an affordable and easy-to-budget-for way. If you take out a package, it will cover both HR support and Employment Law support, but you can choose what level of support you want. Whatever issues you face, we will have them covered.
