You will also have access to a suite of template letters for the most common situations you will face. The documents are updated as legislation changes.

- Access to your advisor can be by phone, e-mail, remotely or face to face meetings.
- On-site support for HR meetings with employees including conducting those meetings if required.
- Conducting investigations into disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Drafting letters and all other HR documentation including settlement agreements.
- Advising on any employment law matters that may arise.
- Training for Directors or Managers on how to deal with HR issues.
