In this session we take a look at how to conduct a disciplinary process with an employee. This will include:
- A look at the basic law involved and the risks of not complying with it.
- How to conduct an investigation.
- How to conduct the disciplinary hearing.
- What factors should be taken into consideration when making a decision on disciplinary issues.
- How to hold an appeal process.
What will you learn at the event?
For those with less experience in dealing with HR matters, this will be an ideal opportunity to see how the disciplinary process should work. For more experienced HR practitioners, this will be a good opportunity to refresh your knowledge and look at new ways of dealing with disciplinary matters.
