Privacy Policy Statement

We collect personal information including from visitors to our website, through general business interactions, the use of online forms and every time you e-mail or otherwise give us your details. We also collect information automatically about your visit to the website.

We will only use information provided by our users to deal with their requests, for our legitimate business purposes (including to perform a contract or enforce or preserve our rights) and to communicate with you (wherever based).  Information may also be used for the purpose of marketing to you as detailed below.

Collection of information

IP addresses of visitors to our website are logged for administration purposes. The IP address indicates the location of your computer on the internet. This information may be aggregated to provide statistical information about the users of our website.

Accuracy of information

Provision of information to third parties

We use Google Analytics and other third party service providers to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on our website. These third parties operate independently from us and each has its own privacy policy, which we suggest you review.

We take measures to protect the information collected by our use of Google Analytics. The data collected will only be used on a need to know basis to resolve technical issues, administer the website and identify visitor preferences; but in this case, the data will be in non-identifiable form. We do not use any of this information to identify visitors.

We will not disclose personal data to any third parties except to certain suppliers that provide website, application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us or as otherwise specifically authorised. We limit the information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and our contracts with them require them to comply with data protection legislation and maintain the confidentiality of such information.

We do not undertake any marketing activities for third parties, nor do we provide information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Retention of information

Information is kept for only as long as is necessary for the purpose.  Where you have a contract with us for the provision of services, your information will be deleted when your contract terminates, unless and to the extent that our retention of such information is reasonably required by us for other purposes in connection with our relationship with you, for archiving and recording purposes and other legitimate purposes.

Personal data transfers outside of the UK

Where your personal data is transferred to a country outside of the UK, and that country is not subject to a UK Adequacy Regulation, we will ensure your data is protected by appropriate safeguards (for example, approved standard contractual clauses or a supplier’s Binding Corporate Rules).  A copy of the relevant safeguard can be provided for your review on request.

You can opt out of receiving information from us or request that your personal details are deleted from our system at any time.

You also have the right to ask us:

  • for access to information about your personal data or for a copy of your personal data 
  • to correct or delete your personal data 
  • to restrict or stop any processing of your personal data
