Robyn is an Associate in the team. She has employment and HR experience both before and after she qualified as a solicitor. She has previously worked alongside Emma, in “another life” and is very highly regarded. Right from day dot, whilst studying for her LPC, Robyn knew she had a passion for Employment Law and her time with Emma just cemented that further.
After she qualified, she went on to build on this at National Law firm Slater & Gordon, gaining experience not only with businesses but also with individuals. Her experience with working with Claimant’s means that she is an all-rounder- seeing employment issues from both sides giving her a sense of how best to tackle any issues that come your way.
Robyn’s big motivator is her client’s, she truly believes that high quality client service should be the centre of what we do. She not only wants to be the person that provides the advice but wants to be your ‘go to’ should any employment issue arise. She understands that for a client relationship to work, the client needs to have full confidence and trust in not only her knowledge and ability to provide the right advice but also in her reliability to be there when needed. Robyn will be there to guide you through any employment issue, she will provide the legal advice where needed but will also ensure that she tells you her honest thoughts on the position.
Robyn will not only help you with any ad-hoc employment issues that you have but also has great experience in Employment Tribunal Litigation. One particular litigated case worth noting is one that she had to turn around in a matter of weeks. Her hard work, dedication to the client and tenacious attitude ensured the client a successful result. The client summed up his experience with Robyn when he said:

She put me at ease in what was an extremely difficult time and for that I was extremely grateful. She was a professional from the day she first touched base with me”.

When Robyn doesn’t have her Employment Lawyer hat on you will most likely find her doing something fitness related (or at least trying) or she will be trying to think up new adventures to have with her family and friends.
