Jahedur is a Solicitor in the team. After some workplace tussles in his early years, Jahedur started his law degree with the intention of becoming an Employment Lawyer and has never looked back. Jahedur built up his employment experience working with large NHS Trusts and other public sector bodies representing employers. After making his journey through the world of law and experiencing different areas, his love for employment law never faded and when he qualified he was determined to conquer the world of employment law and HR!

We loved Jahedur from our first meeting.  A whole lot of eagerness to learn, excel and thrive along with that absolute passion for all things employment law.  All wrapped up in a friendly, approachable and funny personality – so, he was the perfect fit for us at Precept!  We were super excited to welcome him to the team and to help him shape his career, which we know will be sparkling!  I mean, he is being mentored by our team of superheroes……he will obviously fly!

Jahedur enjoys the personal side of the law and appreciates the emotional complexities but always takes a pragmatic view to advise on the best possible solutions for his clients. He has worked on a number of high-stake claims and is no stranger to a day in a tribunal.  Jahedur works on day to day advisory work with clients on all areas of employment law and HR, as well as being an integral part of our litigation team.

In his spare time, Jahedur enjoys a wealth of sports including football, kickboxing and running. He loves to be in touch with the natural elements whether that be a long hike or a day out at the beach (which is quite difficult when you live in Birmingham).
